On June 11, 2013 the United States Patent and Trademark Office issued Patent No. 8,463,669 B2, SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING GOODS AND SERVICES BASED ON ACCRUED BUT UNPAID EARNINGS.

This patent leverages Ganart’s patent-pending Money Earned benefit, for use as a payment method for various goods and services, such as money transfer and bill pay, provided at a self-service device (such as a kiosk) operating on Ganart’s proprietary TaaS (Transaction as a Service) platform.

The patent-pending Money Earned service allows users access to their wages already earned but not paid, before their wage distribution.

“Money Earned as a payment source takes this convenience to the next level,” says Art Holbrook, CEO of Ganart. ”It allows users to take care of their urgent payment needs, such as paying a bill that cannot wait ‘till they get their paycheck. They can do it from the convenience of their workplace.”

“Customers have a new way to pay for surprise expenses without taking out a loan. If they’ve earned the money during the week, they can use Money Earned to pay those expenses. They can use small amounts as needed, unlike most money service businesses” says Lee Coleman, Chief Communications Officer of Ganart.

Ganart’s Workplace Solution me machine currently has this feature of providing goods and services based on accrued but unpaid earnings. The me machine offers Money Earned as a payment source for money transfer and bill pay. This feature has been in service for almost a year.

On April 30, 2013 the United States Patent and Trademark Office issued Patent No. 8,433,769 B2, SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING TRANSACTION SERVICES TO A PLURALITY OF USER DEVICES.

With the award of this patent, Ganart rounds out the intellectual property coverage of its Transactions as a Service (TaaS®) financial transaction processing platform. This ensures that Ganart has the most modern and flexible platform for providing financial services to end-users, as well as integrating new service providers interested in participating in the TaaS ecosystem.

This fourth patent issued for Ganart’s TaaS system is for the heart of the overall system. The end-to-end system handles GUI changes, patches, rich data, updating device software at endpoints, applications, heartbeats in real time and customer interaction at the endpoints. Services can be developed from any entity and then deployed from the TaaS system to one or a whole network of endpoints.

“It creates a global orchestra of transaction service.” says Wayne McHugh, Managing Director. “In the transaction world, what used to be too much information for networks, is now useable and widened for more. We think of it as an app deployment hub. Ganart can create the apps or others can make them. Our system disseminates it all.”

“This patent integrates all the prior patent features of TaaS® into the novel platform running our secure Money Everywhere system helping our clients and customers for the last three years,” says Art Holbrook, CEO of Ganart Technologies. “ It covers user devices supplied by ISOs, mobile providers and self service technologists, so they work seamlessly for perfect user interface. The end customer can choose any device operating within the TaaS platform and have the same great transaction experience.”

The Ganart Terminal Management Network, with its ability to deliver services on-the-fly to endpoints, is another key element running Ganartʼs Money Everywhere Workplace solution. (http://www.workplaceme.com/MeAindexF.html)
